All Collection jewelry takes up to 7 business days to process before your items ship. One of a Kind pieces are Ready to Ship, and will be in the mail within one business day of your order.
All USA orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking. Orders over $75 ship for free in the United States. All International orders will be shipped First Class International. Orders over $150 ship for free Internationally.
USPS takes 2-3 business days to ship.
International orders have no time guarantee beyond 10 business days once they reach customs processing in your country. Also, customer is responsible for additional fees related to customs, duty, or taxes beyond regular shipping costs noted here.
Jewelry that has not been worn can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase minus shipping costs. Beyond seven days and up to thirty days a store exchange can be offered for unworn pieces.
Damaged jewelry cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. It can however, be repaired...see "Repairs & Adjustments" highlighted below.
I cannot accept returns, repairs, or exchanges Internationally due to high shipping costs.

Repairs & Adjustments
If a repair is needed, please use the contact form to discuss conditions and cost for repair. Shipping costs to Wild Moth are not covered for repairs. Wild Moth will cover shipping back to you.
Please send returns in a padded first class mailer with tracking. Wild Moth is not responsible for jewelry lost or damaged in the mail during the return process, so please be sure you send your jewelry with care.
Please be aware that all earrings are handmade in pairs, so if you need to replace a lost earring, be sure to send me the one you have so I can match it. Processing time can take up to 7 business days once I've received your order. Necklaces can be adjusted with specifics to chain length. Please measure and tape where you would like the adjustments to take place. I will send you an invoice for any repair or adjustment including shipping costs once I receive your piece in the mail.
